14-day returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange a wig within 14 days of delivery if it is:
- unworn, with the lace uncut;
- not washed, styled, dyed, or altered;
- in its original packaging with the hygiene seal and tags intact.
Why the hygiene rules
Wigs are worn close to the skin. These rules make sure every customer receives a wig that has never been worn.
How it works
- Email us with your order number to start a return.
- Ship the wig back to the address we give you. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- We inspect the wig. If it meets the conditions, we refund your original payment method. Returns that do not meet the conditions are sent back at the customer's cost.
